Built in 1908, our Edwardian villa sits in a peaceful, leafy part of Alnwick. Inside, Arts & Crafts details, oak panelling and individually furnished rooms give the house its character. Outside, there is space to wander, sit and enjoy the garden. Bruce and Jeannette have welcomed guests here since 2004.

West Acre House, West Acres, Alnwick, Northumberland, NE66 2QA. We are in a quiet residential area just off Alnmouth Road, with free private off-road parking.
How do I enquire or book?
Call 01665 510374 or email ku.oc.esuohercatsew@ofni with your dates and preferred room. Advance bookings usually require a minimum of two nights; last-minute single-night enquiries are welcome, subject to availability.
Is there step-free access to the bedrooms?
All bedrooms are on the first floor. Please contact us before booking to discuss your access requirements and whether the house will suit your needs.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children over 15 years are welcome. We do not accommodate pets, and the house is smoke-free.
